RAGE QUIT Football — RAGE GAMES

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. Who we are

RAGE QUIT Football is made and offered by RAGE GAMES ("we", "us"), a brand of Webcome di Alberto Bianchi, an Italian business. We offer the game as a trader, in the course of that business.

We can reply in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese.

2. Accepting these Terms

These Terms are the agreement between you and us for using RAGE QUIT Football. By installing or playing the game, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game. You can stop at any time by uninstalling it.

Three documents apply together:

  • these Terms, for the game itself;
  • our Privacy Policy, for your data. These Terms do not repeat it;
  • the Google Play Terms of Service, for downloading the game and for anything you buy in it (section 5).

Where to find them. These Terms are published at https://rage-games.com/terms and on the game's page on Google Play. They are available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.

Audience. RAGE QUIT Football is not directed to children. Its target audience on Google Play is players aged 13 and over (Privacy Policy, section 15).

3. The game

RAGE QUIT Football is a free arcade football game.

  • Offline and online. Tournaments, quick matches, the minigames and the tutorial work without an internet connection. Online matches, the reward videos and purchases need one.
  • No account. You do not register, and we never ask for your name, email address or password. The only thing you enter is a nickname of your choice (section 7).
  • Your progress lives on your phone. If you use Google Play Games on your phone, the game also keeps a copy of your progress in your Google account (Privacy Policy, section 4.5).
  • Updates. When a newer version of the game is available on Google Play, the game may ask you to update it before you can carry on playing. Without an internet connection, it does not ask, and you can keep playing. Online, you only meet players whose game runs the same version of the match; when the versions differ, the game asks you to update.

4. Coins and virtual items

Coins are the game's currency. You earn them by playing (matches, missions, the daily coins, minigame levels, the tutorial, FREE COINS) and you can also buy them (section 5). You spend them in the game on nations and hats. Some nations and hats cannot be bought with coins: you get them in other ways, shown in the game (for example by winning a tournament).

Coins, nations, hats, trophies and everything else you collect in the game are virtual items. They are part of the game, and what you get is the right to use them in the game, for your own personal use. In particular:

  • they have no value in real money, and cannot be exchanged for money or for anything outside the game;
  • they cannot be passed to another player: the game has no way of doing it;
  • they cannot be refunded, except where the law or Google Play's refund policies provide otherwise (section 5).

Where they are kept. Your coins and items are part of your progress, which is stored on your phone and, if you use Google Play Games, also in your Google account. We have no copy on our side, so we cannot see, restore or move your progress.

  • If you lose your phone, uninstall the game or clear its data and there is no copy in your Google account, your progress is lost, including coins you bought.
  • REMOVE ADS and the first purchase bonus are linked to your Google account and come back on a new phone or after reinstalling, when Google Play restores them (section 5). The coins of the first purchase bonus are given only once: a restore brings back the bonus hat, not the coins.
  • Coin packs are used up when the game delivers them, so Google Play does not restore them. Coins you bought come back only with the rest of your progress, from the copy in your Google account.
  • Two phones, one Google account. When the game finds two saves of the same account, it merges them. Nations, hats, tournaments won, missions, REMOVE ADS and the first purchase bonus from either phone are kept. The coin balance and the trophies come from the save that is further ahead. The coins of coin packs, REMOVE ADS and the first purchase bonus bought on the other phone with a version of the game released after 5 November 2026 are added to that balance; other coins on the other phone are not added.

5. Purchases through Google Play

What you can buy. The STORE in the game shows what is on sale, which may change over time. Today:

  • REMOVE ADS: no more ads; every reward that normally needs a video is yours with a tap, without a video and with the same limits; plus coins and the horns hat;
  • the first purchase bonus: coins and the crown hat, once per Google account;
  • coin packs, which you can buy as often as you like.

Google Play handles the payment. Every purchase is made through Google Play and is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. We never see your payment details (Privacy Policy, section 4.3).

Price. The price is the one Google Play shows you before you confirm, in your currency. The game reads it from Google Play.

Delivery. What you buy is delivered in the game as soon as Google Play tells the game that the payment has gone through. If the payment is still pending (for example, a payment in cash), nothing is delivered until Google Play confirms it; then it arrives on its own. On the same progress, the game never delivers the same purchase twice.

Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA). As a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made at a distance. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, such as the items in this game, the law ends that right once delivery has begun, if you gave your prior express consent to delivery starting straight away, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and received confirmation of this on a durable medium (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m); in Italy, Article 59(1)(o) of the Consumer Code). Under the Google Play Terms of Service, when you buy digital content you agree that it is made available immediately and that you give up that right. If what you bought was never delivered, you have not lost it.

Refunds. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies, and you can ask for one through Google Play. You can also write to us at support@rage-games.com, in particular if something you bought did not arrive or does not work. None of this limits your legal rights as a consumer (section 10).

Restoring purchases. Each time the game starts, it asks Google Play what your Google account has bought and gives back REMOVE ADS and the first purchase bonus. You can also tap RESTORE PURCHASES in the STORE. Use the same Google account you bought with.

6. Advertising and reward videos

The game is free and is paid for by advertising.

  • Reward videos are your choice. Before each one, the game tells you what you get, and you get it only if you watch the video to the end. Some rewards can be taken only a limited number of times, as shown in the game. If no video is available (for example, with no connection), you cannot get the reward at that moment.
  • The end-of-match ad appears on its own, at the end of a match or a minigame level, or when you leave one before the end, under the rules described in the Privacy Policy (section 4.1).
  • The ads themselves are chosen and supplied by Google AdMob and the networks that bid through it, not by us. If you tap an ad, what you open is the advertiser's, under its own terms.
  • REMOVE ADS removes all ads (section 5).

How advertising uses your data, and the choices you have, are explained in the Privacy Policy (sections 4.1 and 7).

7. Online matches and fair play

Playing online. You can play online with a friend, using a room code, or with other players through the public queue. The phones are connected through our server (the "bridge"; Privacy Policy, section 4.4). Online play depends on your connection and on our providers, and may sometimes be unavailable.

Your nickname. Other players see it in online matches. Choose one that is not offensive and does not pretend to be us. The game rejects the most common offensive words, and names that could be mistaken for our staff (such as ADMIN or SUPPORT); the other player's phone does not show a nickname that breaks these rules. We recommend that you do not use your real name. You can change your nickname at any time from PROFILE → CHANGE.

No chat. During a match, players can only send a few preset reactions.

Leaving a match. A player who leaves a match before the end gets nothing from it, and the players who stay are never penalised. During a match, closing the game or losing your connection for more than a few seconds counts as leaving it, and so does, in some online matches, standing still until the countdown on the screen runs out.

  • Online, in the ranked matches and in every 2 vs 2 match, a player who leaves loses the match and the computer takes their place; the players who stay go on to the final whistle. In a 1 vs 1 match with a friend, if either player leaves, the match is cancelled for both: nobody wins or loses and nobody gets coins.
  • Offline, a match you leave counts as a loss and does not count towards missions. A minigame level you leave costs a life and pays nothing.

Fair play. Do not use a modified version of the game, cheats, or programs that play for you or change a match, and do not try to disrupt our bridge. In an online match every phone calculates the match and the phones compare it as they go: if they no longer match, the match is stopped for all players. The daily rewards follow the time of our bridge, not the clock of your phone. The game has no accounts and we keep no record of who played whom (Privacy Policy, section 4.4), so these rules work through the game itself, as described here.

8. Intellectual property

The game, its code, graphics, sounds and music, and the names RAGE QUIT Football and RAGE GAMES belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. We let you install and play the game on your devices. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the game, or take it apart to build something else from it.

Some parts of the game, such as its fonts, come from third parties under their own licences, which apply to those parts.

Videos and streams. You are free to record, stream and share videos and screenshots of your games, on YouTube, TikTok or anywhere else, including videos and streams that earn money from advertising. Just do not present them as made or endorsed by us.

The nations appear only with the names and colours of their countries, and the tournaments are named after continents and the world. RAGE QUIT Football is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any football federation, confederation, league, club or player. Google Play and Google Play Games are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. The game changes over time

We keep working on the game. Updates can add, change or remove modes, items, rewards, the coin prices of nations and hats, and the rules of the matches. We make these changes to improve the game, to keep it balanced and fair online, to fix faults, and to follow the law or Google Play's rules. Updates are free.

What an update never takes away. No update takes away REMOVE ADS, the first purchase bonus, or the coins and hats they gave you (section 5).

Changes to something you paid for. If a change affects, more than in a minor way, something you paid for, we announce it before the update that brings it reaches your phone: on our Terms page (https://rage-games.com/terms), with the date, and in that update's "What's new" notes on Google Play. Your rights as a consumer also apply. In the EU, these include being told in advance, on a durable medium, and the right to end the contract free of charge within 30 days (Directive (EU) 2019/770, Article 19; in Italy, Article 135-vicies semel of the Consumer Code).

If online play or the game stops. Online play may be suspended for a while, for example for maintenance or for security. If we decide to stop online play, or to stop offering the game, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, in the game and on our website (https://rage-games.com). Your rights as a consumer for anything you paid for are not affected.

10. Our responsibility

We make the game with care, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruptions or faults: online play depends on your connection, your phone and providers such as Google and Cloudflare.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for:

  • losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as a problem with your phone, your internet connection or your mobile network;
  • losing your progress because of something that happens on your side, such as uninstalling the game, clearing its data or losing your phone without a copy in your Google account (section 4).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:

  • our responsibility for death or personal injury, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit;
  • your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, including the legal guarantee that digital content conforms to the contract (in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/770).

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer and live in another country, you also keep the protection of the rules of your country that cannot be set aside by agreement (in the EU, Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Article 6(2)).

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can bring a claim against us in the courts of the country where you live or in Italy, and we can bring a claim against you only in the courts of the country where you live (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Article 18; in Italy, Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code). Outside the EU, the courts that the law of your country makes competent for consumers remain available to you.

If something goes wrong, please write to us first at support@rage-games.com: most problems can be solved by email.

If a part of these Terms turns out not to be valid, the rest still applies.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms, the new version will appear at this address with a new date at the top. We change them only for a reason, such as a change in the game (section 9) or in the law.

If a change is to your disadvantage, it comes with an update of the game. We announce it before that update reaches your phone: on this page, with the new date, and in that update's "What's new" notes on Google Play. The new version applies from that update. Any other change applies from the date at the top.
